I have an older Canon camera that takes CF memory cards. This card technology is becoming a dinosaur and does not have the capacity of the newer SD cards. So I purchased the CF to SD adapter to enable me to use the newer memory technology. My new Canon camera utilizes the SD card; so now I can swap memory cards between the two camera bodies. I recently tried this card instead of a CF card in my Canon 1Dx Mark II. I shoot sports professionally with high-speed fps responsiveness a must. I use this card with my Canon R5 C, and have used it in all the codecs up to 8K RAW. The capacity for the money is the best available for a CF express B card, and the performance has been just as expected. No hiccups, no issues. It works in all modes with the camera and has been just perfect. It doesn't seem to get as hot as the Sony Tough cards, and the built quality certainly seems better. Both my sony cards have cracked in under 2 years. Would definitely buy again and recommend. 5 |
