I had an old Drobo that died (the unit, not the drives) and it was going to be almost as expensive as this Synology to repair, so I figured I'd switch (fortunately I had a backup of the Drobo) I installed the drives from the Drobo, it formatted them, and I was able to successfully copy terabytes of data from the second Drobo to the Synology. I'm going to get another one as a replacement for the second Drobo - who knows how long it'll last 5 |

The AC to DC power adapter works really well. My telescope came only with the car adapter and this is a necessity for home use or viewing sites with electrical plugs. 5 |

This charger is wonderful because it is AC/DC, and that allows me to charge in my car if need. This particular charger is for my Sony which uses up batteries quickly. I also have one for my Canon's and both chargers work great. Very fast. 5 |

This is a battery charging hub. If you have more than one battery this thing is essential. I have 6 batteries and so I have two charging hubs. As soon as I come home from a day of flying I pop all of the batteries in the charger and they are ready when I need them again. Who has time to swap out batteries all day with only one charger? I would also recommend the battery car charger. Even with extra batteries you may still run out of juice. And using an AC car adapter and trying to charge with the AC charger doesn't always work. The car adapter is designed to work with the typical amps from an automobile. 5 |
