Once I got my MKIII my 40D just gathered dust, until that is I picked on a whim a Rokinon 8mm on sale from B&H. I actually bought two 8mm Rokinons (one, the only one in 40 years of shooting took a dive - forget trying to get it repaired, think paper weight) I liked it so much I picked up a additional used 40D for pennies as a knockaround for Car Shows and left the 5D MKIII safely in the studio . . . . So when I saw the 14mm again on sale at B&H it was simply a no brainer. The 14mm is equivalent to 22.4mm on a crop sensor, the 14mm is made for full frame cameras. f/2.8 and manual focus and no chip which is why the price is so good and shouldn't be an issue to any Photographer worth his/her salt. *** Tip - simply put it at a focal length of 3 feet, f/8.0 and every thing is in focus. I dig it, not bad at f/2.8 and tack sharp f/8.0 and up with no vignette. The Samyang brand (Korea) Rokinon and Bower are all the same, the barrel is metal not plastic and feels solid, for the money and the images it can produce it's a steal, I have no cons other than a hood that Samyang makes for it ( SFH-14 /150mm filter) is impossible for me to find. Also keep in mind a replacement lens cap runs $40 to replace. A lens that was just one to use for fun has turn into another little side business (Car Shows), who knew? . . . . I bought a second one today, for my personal car. I use the first one in my work vehicle, I was hoping that Peak Design would have a sale, so I can buy a second one last night and they did today yah!

Got in on sale and it's worth it. Photo frame, assistant, decent audio. Neat if you're on a budget in the ecosystem.

When these are sale I am always looking to get one if able. Very decent audio quality and I've had them on horses and through chain mail and have done the job. The vampire clip is also supe helpful on some situations

I was skeptical at first, but it was on sale so I decided to pull the trigger and try it out. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I only used two out of the three suction cups mounted to my motorcycle gas tank with a heavy Canon 80D DSLR along with a heavy wide angle lens and a wireless Sennheiser XSW-D audio setup. I wanted to test the setup first with a cheaper camera before I went to something a lot more expensive. This mount worked great. Everything was steady and stable through about 50 mph with no issues (fastest I could legally go where I was filming). It was mounted behind the motorcycle fairing, so the mount did have some wind protection. If used correctly, this is a fantastic mount for getting those motorcycle and automobile shots you always wanted with a bigger sensor. Definitely, wanted better video, dynamic range and audio than a small action camera like a GoPro. I was not disappointed! Highly recommend!
