Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 Using Keyboard Controls

I’m a car mechanic, and I use one of these pretty much all day, every day. For the size, they’re pretty bright. They fit easily in my pen pocket, and they last a day of use. At the end of the day I just put it in the charger, and it’s ready to go the next day. I’ve been using one for at least 3 years now. I’ve really used and abused it. I’ve had it break a couple of times, but I’ve had zero issues warrantying it. I’d buy another in a heartbeat.

Sturdy, accurate, very well made. Using the pair with DCS, Digital Combat Simulator and with MS Flight Sim 2020. Both software problems support the warthog replicas. I am very pleased with this product.

When flying Microsoft Flight Simulator, this makes it much easier than flying with the keyboard. Used in conjunction with Thrustmaster T.Flight Rudder Pedals, it's a home run!

I got this for my 2018 HD RG Ultra - well because the stock HD gps just plain sucks. and I use it in the car also. It's bright enough to view during the day, easy to update using wifi and most of all very accurate. I haven't use Garmin Base Camp yet to make a trip plan so I'm still learning the ropes. I think those that have used other GPS's will really like this one off and/or on the road.

Using the G9 since 2018, this is a solid improvement. AF tracking is much improved. I'm really enjoying the handling of the camera, thought it'd be tough to make that better over the G9. Slightly higher resolution does show, I'm seeing less noise and a 'cleaner' file especially at higher ISO. One downside & hopefully can be improved with firmware is the startup time. It seems to take for. ev. er. To boot up. G9 was nearly instant. This is not.

I got this in August of 2018. I have this unit hooked up in my home office. Using all the plugs, including 2 printer. It just works. No power problems, even when using both printers, this has passed the stress test. I highly recommend.

Flight Simulator

To me, this is a must-have accessory for your iPad if you want to get actual work done with it. Before this, I had the earlier version of the Folio keyboard, but this new version is so much better. The keyboard is great and makes the typing experience enjoyable. The whole case is very sturdy and you don’t feel like the iPad is going to accidentally fall off. I hear a lot of people complaining about the fact that you cannot fold this case back onto itself to use the iPad vertically, like you could with the Folio. I don’t mind this, because if I do need to draw on it, I can easily detach the iPad and use it vertically, which is a lot lighter anyway. The cursor also works very well. I didn’t think I was going to get used to a dot instead of a pointer, but it’s totally fine. A few nit-picky cons I have are: I wish the angle the iPad tilted backwards was greater, I wish the trackpad height was wider (it’s pretty small compared to MacBooks), and I wish they made a version specifically for the 2018 iPad Pro, because the camera design isn’t the same as the 2020 iPad Pro and it looks a little weird aesthetically with the 2018 version. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.
