Car Phone Holder Sticky Safe

I was always skeptical of magnetic mounts and passed several deals on Woot or other sites. I chanced upon a demo setup in the store and was very impressed with the hold. Bought one and installed it in my car. The base with the magnet attaches via sticky tape to the car. The magnet part is a ball/socket contraption in the base and can be held in a suitable angle by tightening a plastic nut. A metal plate goes on the phone. The metal plate can be inserted between the phone and case, or directly glued to the phone (plate has a sticky side). My purchase came with two plates a small the size of a quarter and a larger one the size of a credit card. I used the larger one on my iPhone 6 plus. I just put it in between the phone and case. The magnet is strong enough to hold my iPhone 6 plus at highway speeds. I have even run my car on rough spots on the streets to see if it would fall off. So far so good. I am yet to see how well the glue on the base holds up when summer comes along. One of the best uses I put this mount was attending a meeting, the kind of meeting where you have to dial in to listen and occasionally say a few words. I stuck my phone in landscape mode with gotomeeting running on it with audio streaming into my bluetooth headset.

I would hop into the car, but never found right spot for phone. I would put phone on car dash shelf, drive around a corner, not speeding mind you, and phone would fly across car, or end up under seat or down side of seat or wherever! There would always be that annoying charger cord getting tangled and in the way and usually ends up broken. But now….hop in car, easily place phone on holder - it stays there no matter how many potholes I drive over and…..the best part…..it charges on holder! The cord is concealed with little clips so no more annoying cords in the way. Absolutely love it! And because it is a permanent fixture, it counts as handsfree.

I searched seemingly forever for a phone holder for my car. Nothing worked. Decided to check with Peak Design because of the quality and innovation of their products line. Bingo! This is high quality and worked great. You just need to follow their instructions and guiding information to a tee. The only thing I regret is that I did not order the charging car mount because of the price but now I wish I did! This product works well, and pleases me aesthetically. PD also has accompanying videos for most of their products. Recommend to watch those before and after you purchase as they are informational (and quite entertaining too!) and answer a lot of FAQ. Highly recommend!

This is single handed the best mobile phone holder for your filming with an iPhone (as well as your car, boat, head or just about anywhere) If only they made a connector that attached the phone magnetically to the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 gimble and my life would be complete. I have faith that the genius’s at Peak Design are already onto it

This phone holder is perfect for my car. It is just like it was demonstrated in a video I watched. It is adjustable to fit almost any size cup holder. I don't have to stick something on my dash. It is easy to slip my phone in and out. And it has a hole to thread my power cord through, so no mess in the console of my car. (Note: I bought a retractable power cord to make things even better.) I highly recommend this product.

Bought the case and bike phone holder as a replacement for another brand that broke. Got the car holder as my vehicle did not have one. Bike holder is great. Holds tight. Easy to get off.

I bought the case along with car and bike mount. Love that it simply magnetises onto car holder and safely and easily attaches and detaches from bike mount. Slim design while providing great phone protection. The ONLY thing I would change is to offer more colours as black phone covers are common and I have had someone accidentally pick mine up. Would love it to come in orange or green

Charging my cell phone in the car was a problem because the normal connector would stick out too far and not allow the phone to be in a holder. The solution to the problem is this cable. With a 90 degree turn it minimizes the space needed when connected to the phone.

The case is stylish, comfortable and keeps my phone safe. I love that is is compatible with my car mount, motorcycle mount, wallet and my side table.

The range of quality for car mounts is completely varied. I was super happy when I saw this car mount and I decided to give it a shot. This thing is solid! I can tell it's made of a sturdy high grade plastic. It was so simple to install, the suction really is superior, and I could tell this thing is going to stay put! There are several different areas that you can adjust the angles to your preference. The quick release buttons are very easy to use. I'm really in love with the magnetic strip they give you for your own personal car charger cord. As you can see in the picture the charging cord sits nicely right behind the mount. My car rides are so much more comfortable knowing that I can safely get my phone onto the mount and not have to worry about it. This car mount really is superior to anything else I've ever had and I would recommend it for you or anyone you care about having a safe driving experience.
