Cardboard Box Duo

Perfect for carrying the beauty dish - much better than using the cardboard box. :)

I purchased the 2030-DP Deflector Plate with the 32 Rapid Box Duo, the reason why was I wanted to have the ability to use the Duo as a beauty dish. There is not much to this item, it comes with a adapter the deflector plate itself and a screw. The Deflector plate once mounted, forces the light to bounce into the reflective material of the Soft box, and if used with the softbox panels in place creates a very even spread of light. So yes it works fantastic as a beauty dish style modifier. If you own any of the rapid box modifiers, this item should be part of your purchase, it gives you just one more step of flexiblity with your photography. For what it is, I think it should have been included with the Rapid Box. But regardless it is a must have.

We were able to get about 1,380 slides in ours - standard cardboard mounts. Good sturdy box.

Fine film---as always. Arrived in a battered cardboard box half broken open---probably the shipper's fault.

Got this for my Benq W1100 projector. Cardboard box was wearing out, and needed something stronger.

Awesome lens for scenery, landscapes, cramped interiors ... really opens things up! Packaging was excellent, lens was inside a sturdy metal box with heavy duty foam inserts, inside a durable cardboard box, inside a padded cardboard box from B&H. This lens seems very well built, gives sharp images, and has features I wish other lens makers would use in their lenses; the hyper-focal distance scale, click stop infinity detent, and raised 'lever' on focusing ring to name a few. I would definitely recommend this lens as an inexpensive, lightweight, super-ultra-wide-angle lens !!!

This film is as expected. Each roll came in its own plastic container with cap, inside of a cardboard box. Film quality seems fine - as expected. I've used this film before and am very happy with the quality and color.

Bought this Jewel case for a solar filter that simpally came in a small cardboard box, no real filter case. It's just right for my needs.

First thing to surprise me was the packaging, an Irix branded cardboard box, containing a metal box in which the lens, some foam inserts and a lens case were enclosed. No handle on the lens case but nice nonetheless. Quality of the lens is great, first thing I checked was focus with it locked at infinity - no issues there, I thought I may have to adjust it after reading other reviews but this lens was spot on. Heading out camping to some remote lakes in a few weeks where I will really put this lens to the test, but first impressions are favourable.
