I have a PacificImage PS5000 slide scanner. This tray is needed to scan cardboard slides. Trying to scan slides with a regular tray (comes in white color for Braun) is frustrating as the slides will constantly jam. This tray (comes in gray color for Braun) has a ridge added into the slide slot which means less wiggle room for the slide to move around and cause a jam. If you have old glass slides, or cardboard slides with an aluminum frame, then the regular tray works fine. But for cardboard or plastic slides, you need this tray. 5 |

This unit works for 1.8 mm cardboard slides and the slides are more stable in this unit that in the delivered slide tray. 5 |

I bought a new Epson P900 when my old Epson 3800 died after serving me loyally for 12+ years. As usual, B&H dispatched the new printer promptly & securely to me in California via FREE Fed-Ex shipping. Set-up was easy using Epson's enclosed instructions, but I also found a myriad of online videos showing the process step-by-step. I am particularly impressed by Epson's new programs included with the P900 - Epson Print Layout and Epson Media Installer. Now downloading, installation and use of ICC profiles for non-Epson printers is EASY using these two programs. The prints I am making - both color and B/W (using Epson's Advanced Black and White software) - are gorgeous and superior in all ways to what I was getting from my old 3800. 5 |
