Cardboard Box Size For International Flight Emirates

I use this to carry a camera, lens, and flash deep into a wild and wet caves, and on canoe and kayak trips. The case holds a Nikon 7100 DSLR with a 18-140mm zoom lens, a 10-20mm wide angle and a SB800 strobe. This is a pretty tight fit. The motor base makes the camera too tall for the case. Here is a hint to ordering the correct size: Check the inside measurement of the case you are considering. Find a cardboard box and make a model the same size by cutting and taping. Place your items in the cardboard box to see if they will fit. Allow some extra for the padding. The padded dividers allow me to change the configuration of the case. This is a much better arrangement than the foam that allows for a one-and-done configuration only. I especially like the latches of the Storm case over the regular Pelican case. The latches of the Storm case open and close much more easily. I chose yellow for visibility and to be stylish; my friends all have black cases. I also slightly modified the case by drilling small holes into each of the fins on the outside bottom of the latch to allow the placement of a shoulder strap for carrying when walking. These are expensive cases but considering what is inside and they are a bargain.

Solid, reliable. Handled an international flight, full of equipment without a problem.

I purchased this roller bag to use as a carry on for an international flight and it is perfect. Fit for 2 camera bodies, a 600mm lens and 3 other lenses. Great storage compartments for all my camera accessories. Also fit my laptop. Highly recommend. B&H Photo was very helpful in working with me in choosing what I needed. Will continue to use them in the future.

I haven't used it yet on the international flight. I bought it because of the weight limit for carry on and so I don't have to check my bag. And I have had to check my camera bag because of weight issues. There is more than enough space in the bag for my camera equipment and a long lens. I normally put a backpack in a regular roller and the weight increases too much. I am planning on just taking a couple of lenses and my Canon 5D Mark 4. I know what I will be shooting so there isn't a reason to bring alot of different lenses. I am sure this bag will fit the bill.

This bag was perfect for my international flight. It carried my URSA Mini Pro G2 built, 3 lenses, 3 IndyPro batteries, a 7 inch Monitor with ease. I would not use this backpack as a full day carry and shoot as it is a little large for that. However, as a carry on and travel bag it is absolutely perfect. The very cool soft velcro wrap blanket type additions (comes with two) are incredible to wrap your monitor or whatever in without the added weight. Those alone are brilliant!

Bought a pair in Japan for an international flight. It took a little bit of time to adjust to the ear pressure from the active noise cancelling, but once I did the sound quality and the comfort were the best I have experienced. Running the noise canceling optimizer helped with the ear pressure adjustment.

I needed an international flight capable bag that could carry my large 200-400/4/1.4X lens, my R5, the R 15-35/2.8 and R 24-105/4 plus filters and cleaning materials. It barely fits but it does. I had the same bag but the 36L version that also worked comfortably but I decided to use it for my Profoto B1 and D2 strobes plus cables, the standard Profoto Zoom Reflector and extras. That decision was perfect. They fit. My only problem is which bag to put on my back.

I bought three of these bags in the last 1 month. It complies to the maximum dimensions allowed on every international flight I've used; any larger and I'd be unable to use it on some flights. Overall, they are decent bags that I hope will serve me for a while.
