Cards Write Protect Switch Is Set To Lock

I have switched to these cards when I need to replace other brands. They do seem tougher & don't have the write protect switch which I felt was useless anyway. I used a small drop of Gorilla Super Glue to lock my others.

I a couple of these cards on my Nikon z9 and they work flawlessly. Fast to write and no lock ups.

Whether you are using this card as your primary card or backup/secondary card, you will appreciate the access speed. 48 hour replacement is a great service although I've never had to use it. Another often overlooked feature is that this card has no write protect switch- you can read Delkin's info for more, but suffice it to say I'll never buy another SD card with a write protect switch- I had a competitors card go into read only mode forcing me to throw the card away since I couldn't write to the card anymore. This is the 3rd Delkin Black cardI've purchased, and I'll continue to only buy Delkin Black cards for my cameras.

I was in the market for quite a while, looking for a perfect / near-perfect card reader. I am using a Sony SD card reader now for 5-6 years and it needs replacing. I did notice the reader gets hot when I am reading Sony Tough V60 cards and was looking for a reader which can help with cooling. Also wanted the reader to be future-proof so it has to be a dual card reader. Then I found this. It has a metal body, which can help dissipate heat. CFexpress cards gets pretty hot, and when I checked, I saw about 7-8C drop in temperature between this card reader and one of the lexar card reader (plastic body). This is a good feature, one that is always overlooked. The reader also has a write-protect switch at the back, which if you toggle, disconnects the reader from the PC and reconnects. Then the card gets to write-protect mode so you cannot accidentally format or erase cards. Never had this situation before, but a good protection to have. I am happy with the reader and recommend it.

What you see is what you get. The product seems very durable and the lock to keep it closed is made very well. I can't see it ever opening on it's own, so good to protect your memory cards.

It is very well made. This Quick Release Set makes switch among Gimbal, Fluid, and Ball heads very quick. The lock ring is easy to use and secure.

This, of course, is my personal opinion and others can disagree. I think the RS-80N3 is way overpriced for what little it does. All the RS-80N3 does is release your shutter and it has a lock. On the other hand, the TC-80N3 can release and lock just like the RS-80N3, and even without a battery. But in addition you can set a release delay (like your camera but longer), set an interval, and set really long exposures without counting on your fingers or using your wrist watch. Yes it costs more but you get a lot more. Again, that is how I see it. Oh, and one more thing. Some people are put off because it doesn't have an on/off switch. My garage door opener uses the same battery and doesn't have an on/off switch. I have lived with this terrible omission just fine!

Being a Photography Student this is my first time dealing with the set of 3 cards but as soon as I learn what they are for I'll write a more favorable review but I can say the cards came in a timely fashion and so far they are primed and ready to be used lol. thanks B&H

If you have several cards, this is the best item to store them together and to protect the cards.

I have olny 2 SD Cards but I Love how Great it Protect your cards!!!!!!!!!!
