I am a medical transcriptionist and type 40 hours a week, was getting carpal tunnel with the mouse at such an angle on a regular keyboard with number pad attached. The feel of this brown switch and minimal sound are just right. The only thing I would change is have the caps lock light appear separately in the top row somewhere to make it visible at a glance...currently there is a light on the key but it is obscured by my hand when typing. Overall, love this keyboard, just what I needed, reasonable price and wonderful service from B&H.

I got them thinking I was starting to get Carpal Tunnel. Was not expecting to love both the Mouse and Keyboard as much as I do. Worth every Penny!

I have been using this product for years and no Carpal Tunnel.It also washes very well in the washer. It can also be trimmed to fit.

I was getting a bit of carpal tunnel from my mouse in my right hand. Got this trackball and set it up to use with my left hand. I now switch back and fourth between this and my mouse. Still training coordination but so far it's helping a lot.

I purchased this mouse to assist me in trying to prevent the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome with my hand and wrist. This mouse puts my hand in a neutral position and has helped to greatly reduce the tingling sensation in my hand and thumb that I was beginning to feel after a day's work on my computer. The button on the top left of the mouse is a little too sensitive but other than that, I have no regrets with this purchase. This wired mouse works with both Windows and Mac computers so I can use it at work and at home.
