I love this UPS. I did a test and hooked this unite to my Furman Linear Power Conditioner Elite-15 DMI Conditioner that's connected to my Yamaha 5.1 Home Theater system with AC Infinity cooling fan, 5 Polk speakers with 8 inch Sub, PS4 Pro with AC Infinity cooling fan, Sharp 70 inch Led TV, wireless router, ToughBook CF-31 with cooling fan/tray. As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound. 5 |

I got this because during the hot months I can't run my air conditioner and computer at the same time due to neighborhood brownouts. If I turn the air conditioner off the computer overheats. This covers the outtages so I can work in comfort without unexpectedly rebooting every few minutes. Thanks! 5 |

Electrical power spikes occur for many reasons and your sensitive electronics won't survive unless you have a quality surge suppressor. Most products sold as surge supressors only provide a low level of protection and are little more than power bars. The Isobar offers a high level of protection and, unlike most other surge suppressors, will isolate each outlet from surges caused by other appliances plugged into it. Case in point, I needed to use an air conditioner on the same outlet as a computer. The Isobar effectively protects the computer from power surges as the air conditioner cycles on and off. 5 |
