Carrier Air Conditioner Motor Replacement

This speakerphone is very clear on both ends. Was able to hear the other person speaking clearly even when my portable air conditioner was running in the room.

As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound.

I got this because during the hot months I can't run my air conditioner and computer at the same time due to neighborhood brownouts. If I turn the air conditioner off the computer overheats. This covers the outtages so I can work in comfort without unexpectedly rebooting every few minutes. Thanks!

Electrical power spikes occur for many reasons and your sensitive electronics won't survive unless you have a quality surge suppressor. Most products sold as surge supressors only provide a low level of protection and are little more than power bars. The Isobar offers a high level of protection and, unlike most other surge suppressors, will isolate each outlet from surges caused by other appliances plugged into it. Case in point, I needed to use an air conditioner on the same outlet as a computer. The Isobar effectively protects the computer from power surges as the air conditioner cycles on and off.

I ordered my DELTA Max as part of a bundle with the Wave air conditioner. I also purchased a 160 watt solar panel. I live in the south and am planning to use the Wave while camping to cool my tent in the evening. The solar panel will help recharge the Max during the day. I have not yet received the Wave, but I did get the Max and solar panel. I tested the solar panel and Max out today and everything worked as expected. So far, I am very pleased.

I recently purchased a new NEST thermostat to replace a thermostat custom for my furnace & air conditioner. The wiring was odd and so I called in a Reliance installer, who inspected, then easily installed the NEST. This unit functions flawlessly and it was a conch connecting it to my home wifi and adding it to my NEST account online. The product is unobtrusive and fits beautifully with our decor.

No toy. Superior build with a super sturdy metal housing. Absurdly powerful motor for something so small. It is reminiscent of power tools from the 1950s or 60s. You should probably wear eye-protection when using as the air volume is large and the air velocity high and material can ricochet back into your face. The larger attachments don't need the retaining pin/hole as they will stay on with just a friction fit but you need to depress the retaining pin to slip the attachments on. The small, and much more constricted attachments require that the retaining pin pass through the hole in the attachment or they will just blow off at an projectile speeds. The small detail brushes, etc., will quickly cause the blower to become hot. Use these in short bursts and give the motor time to cool between uses. Keep the intake filter on the bottom clean. This is a great tool.

The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K Camera does not fit natively on the MOZA Air 2. It has to be offset in order to slide into the mount. Im using the SmallRig Half Cage 2254 which works perfectly, giving clearance and allowing the camera to sit correctly. Its also worth noting that the MOZA Air 2 can power the Pocket 4K with 3rd party cables (not included and must be bought separately). I purchased the Kondor Blue 14 DC Male 5.5/2.5 off Amazon but there are other manufacturers out there. Overall, the MOZA Air 2 is a very good gimbal and with a rated payload listed at over 9lbs, this thing can handle the heavier glass. The iFocus motor pairs quickly and easily to the MOZA Air 2. For a very wide angle lens, maybe skip the iFocus because wide angle lenses have a deeper depth of field but for lenses around 25mm and longer, the iFocus motor is nice to have.
