Carrier Air Conditioner Remote Control Not Working

The Air remote is easy to use, offers full control of you Profoto Air equipped lights.

Having the Profoto air remote makes working with my Profoto strobe lights an amazing experience.

The Air Remote goes on the hot shoe and, once firmware is updated, gives full control of the B1 lights from the camera. I like being able to control modeling flash and exposure control from the camera; obviously skipping a bunch of setting on each light. In simple parlance, the unit works exactly as it should.

This flash works great, it rotates, swivels, and covers a lot of area. I purchased this flash with the Air 1 commander, and they sync in less then 3 seconds. The flash has plenty of control capability, as well can be operated remotely, and it comes with a small stand, for impromptu remote flash photography. I am a novice photographer, but this flash makes my shots look great, by offering flash lighting control, so I dont over expose my photos, nor under exposed, and I dont have to keep repositioning the remote light source, because I can increase or decrease its flash power. I paired the flash with the Air 1 commander and on my Sony A7R ii and thus far, I have a realiable flash system that I can take anywhere.

After trying and returning 3 different Remote Shutter Control devices advertised as working on my specific Sony (none of the three came from B & H) I found this device on B & H's web site. It worked as advertised, right out of the box. If this one gets lost, stolen or cannot swim if dropped in a lake. I'll immediately order another from B & H.

I had trouble with Splashtop (remote control software) and MacOS Mojave working on headless MacMinis. Had no trouble prior to Mojave. Plugged this in and solved all the problems, plus in theory it operates faster.

The ML-L3 Remote Control Transmitter is most useful when working with the camera on a tripod for taking portraits or shots under low light conditions. The ML-L3 resides in my shirt pocket until needed and can be used from most anywhere in the room -- just remember to point the rounded end into the open space. It does exactly what it is supposed to do for a reasonable price.

I found the ML-L3 Remote Control Transmitter to be a very usefull tool in the time of need when you are working with children. You can get a little closer to do what it is you do to make them laugh.

The installation is very easy to do, the navigation with the remote control is great. Game stream is working like a dream, and Netflix is also working great. I really love this device.
