I have had a number of Furman power conditioners in the past 30 years. The pl has always been my favorite. I have had some cheaper power conditioners also and they are not conditioners whatsoever. All they are.. are exaggerated power strips.. and when you pick them up you will see the weigh less than a pound.. because most of the electronics are missing in the chassis. Not so with the Furman units. Furman units are very heavy because they have actual electronics in them like filters and other things that are going to be making sure the power is conditioned correctly. They shut down upon overload and the filter make sure there is no buzz or hum in the line. You cannot go wrong with a PL plus and B&H has the lowest price in the country!!

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Arrived right in the delivery window, customer service from B&H is great as always.

I’ve had my power go out multiple times in a span of a week and I had enough time to save everything I needed to. The size also helps as my small apartment is already pretty cramped.

I have tried twice, locally, to find these bulbs. Within 5 minutes of my contact with B & H, I was given the number to order to replace my bulbs for my Interfit constant lights.

I just bought this 2 weeks ago and am still learning all the features. I think the number one feature is that if you have to send an SOS you can contact the receivers and let them know the severity or not of the incident. My last unit didn't allow that.

If you want an over-the-air radio with a modern twist, this is it. When the internet connection is down, this is a reliable source of contact to the outside world. The rechargeable battery is a nice feature and the old-school dial tuner is easy to use and understand. I have used the Bluetooth connection to listen to podcasts from my phone, but don't expect to provide a thumping soundtrack to your next party. There are better sounding portable speakers out there, but the radio was the selling point for me.

Definitely recommend these and with the devices that I have, the pins on the device’s hot shoe do not contact the metal as there is enough of an air gap which is what I want.

I have a number of very old lenses, plus new ones, and am very happy to have them stored in a unit like this. I don't have air conditioning, so much of the year the humidity can get high, and knowing that the dreaded fungus will be kept at bay is great. Plus there is the added benefit of having my photographic equipment stored in a way that let's me access it quickly and easily, which is also very nice. One tiny criticism is that not all four of the feet are height adjustable, so if you want to compensate for a bit of a left-to-right slant you have to use shims... you can only adjust for front to back level. It seemed like a large investment at the time, but thinking about the value of what it protects has changed my mind. It is a GOOD investment.
