I purchased this, my second Glyph drive, a little more than 2 years ago to hold orchestral samples I use in my Mac-centric music work station. I thought it was speedy before, but when I switched a year ago to a 10 core iMac Pro with its proper 10 Gb/s USB Gen2 Type C connectivity, the drive seemed to take off like a rocket. Large multi-Mb samples seemed to load virtually instantaneously. For the first year of its life the Glyph was subject to frequent travel - in my backpack, portable case and sometimes my pocket without so much as a dropped bit, in spite of being physically dropped a few times. These days the Glyph has a more sedate life, but it still performs flawlessly, even when I'm running big symphonic score which call for hundreds of large patches to be drawn from the drive at once. I won't say there's no wait time, but its far less than that experienced with any hard drive I've owned.

Bought these for my 4 year old grandson who hikes and watches the birds in the woodlands of southern New Hampshire. They were inexpensive. They are colorful. They are easy to see because of the yellow. They are small and light and they are optically much better than I expected at the price level. Go Morgan!!!!
