This scanner is a must have for small businesses. The duplex scanning feature is amazing. It saves so much time not having to flip something, realign and rescan. I never thought I needed a wireless scanner until I got this one and realized how much better it is to not have to be tethered to a desktop or laptop. It took some figuring to get wi-fi working but once I did it was awesome. This thing scans super fast and the results are super clear. It works great even with wrinkled receipts. Being able to categorize and export is a must have for anyone trying to keep track of business expenses. The software that came with it is grade A. The touchscreen is the perfect size so you're not fumbling around trying to click on what you need. After scanning you can save and categorize everything which makes it super easy to go back and find certain expenses and for exporting to QuickBooks effortlessly. I was able to scan over 400 documents one day with ease. Having this has saved me countless hours in my home office filing paperwork. This is a great product and I really recommend this to anyone running a business. Especially to those doing their own bookkeeping and taxes. The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I have used this lil scanner to hep me organize all the little aspects of trying to keep track of all the little expenses in life. It is the easiest scanner I have used yet. In the past, I have had to scan business receipts, business documents, contracts... and a whole lot of other construction related documents... This ES-60W WORKS GREAT!!! I needed something to get a quick look at several hundreds of slides I was organizing. This way I did not have to take out the projector, screen etc. Wanted to categorize before shipping off to be digitized. Turns out to be just what the doctor ordered.

This is an amazing device. It reads receipts and learns how to categorize them. Super smart, super fast, super easy to use! Absolutely LOVE it!
