I got as a reflector holder but found it also a great alternative to the slightly shorter Impact Mini Boom because the different style of stand attachment seems easier to handle, according to reviews of the mini boom. Attaching a 3/8 mic mount or other device can be done in 3 ways: with the Impact Rapid baby to 3/8 male adapter (B&H IMCA102), by threading it with an inexpensive 3/8 die (even though it's slightly smaller in diameter than 3/8), or, in the case of my Rycote Softie Lyre Mount w/ CCA Adapter (B&H RYLMCCA), by detaching the top reflector clamp and attaching, detaching the shock mount from the CCA clamp, and inserting the reflector holder bolt through the flat part of the mount.

Great price! The CCA was quick and knowledgeable as to what I needed. He recommended this ext HD over another brand I was considering. I was able to do a swift HD backup, and D/L the OS software for a bug fix. It was quick and efficient - nothing short of amazing really.

You may want to consider a Bluetooth adapter for your headphones rather than this. They are harder to loose and more convenient.

Purchased a Bluetooth adapter just to see what all the fuss was about ..Sent a few files to my computer.. Could have done this through Email :-) Only con i found is when I paired this with my Bluetooth headphones, my wifi connection would become choppy..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Belkin adapter is a great alternative to Bluetooth, and for good audio systems, the quality improvement of the Belkin AirPlay2 is clearly noticeable for any genre with wide frequency ranges, nuanced sound stage, and high dynamic ranges. Particularly with my 300B equipped tube amplifier and full-size speakers, this adapter does not suffer from Bluetooth compression that otherwise requires well-implemented DSP algorithms on the receiving end to mitigate...and that can be hit-or miss. The Belkin adapter is a hit.

I had to purchase a bluetooth adapter to make it work. I'd like some instructions on working the wireless control ! The sound is very good.

I got this Bluetooth adapter to expand my desktop with Bluetooth capability to connect to my Bluetooth speaker and Wacom pen tablet board. This adapter works right out of box. Just plug and play. No installation required. It does take up one USB outlet. My Windows 10 OS recognized it right away. It is also backward compatible with my older Bluetooth 3.0 devices. I have not tested it with my Bluetooth headset for Skype calls. I think it should not be any problem.
