This is being used in a small recording studio.It's main purpose is to protect a $4600 Korg Kronos.We are located in Central Florida which is the lightning capitol of the country, so it is important to have whatever protection you can afford. After some research we felt this was/is the best value.Also love the lights, voltage readout and the strong build quality and finish. 5 |

As a professional in Studio Recording, I appreciate purchasing accessories that are useful & well made. Used as an external/portable CD/DVD player/burner for several machines. Is instantly recognized by Windows 7 and is available for use in a matter of a few seconds after being plugged in. It needs two USB ports but no other external power source. 5 |

These blank CDs are hard to find for my Sony CD burner but B& H always comes through for me. I definitely recommend B&H 5 |

Equipment: an external LG Blu-Ray/M-Disc burner (WH16NS40) on a Mac. After more than a hundred discs, I have yet to see a single bad one. I burn at the slowest possible speed supported by the hardware, since I prefer long-term reliability (a habit since my first CD burner 25 years ago—some of my first CD-ROMs are still readable today), and I set my software to verify the burn by default. Verdict: no error yet. 5 |
