Charging my cell phone in the car was a problem because the normal connector would stick out too far and not allow the phone to be in a holder. The solution to the problem is this cable. With a 90 degree turn it minimizes the space needed when connected to the phone.

I previously had the Ram X Grip Phone holder on the motorcycle. This did work OK except it was difficult to mount my phone without making contact with the buttons on the side of the phone. The Ram Quick-Grip XL solved that problem with the versatile location adjustments of the side pieces. I'm using this to attach a cell phone to the handlebar of a motorcycle It holds very firm and does not move once tightened. However be aware that even if it is a size "small" it is a little larger and bulkier than it looks.

Used it to extend my X-mount for my cell phone on the motorcycle. Already had a 2 ram arm and 1 ram arm. This connected them to give me another articulation point to get the phone in a more ideal spot. Works a treat.

Used with Ram Mounts Quick-Grip phone holder to attach to 1" ball on my motorcycle. Able to adjust to many different viewing positions and doesn't budge once tightened down. Love it.

I use this headphone holder for wireless headphones as well as using it to keep a phone charge cable near.
