Cellular 911 Pool Phone

I got this today and it works great with my cell phone, it even came with a 3.5mm to 3.5 mm cable for cellular use...I was surprised..also do yourself a favor..install the gain jumpers as stated in the directions..it will give you more audio on a noisy day. HTH

I had some serious issues getting this working and turns out it’s best if you turn off your cellular service on your phone while doing the setup. Worked like a charm for me on multiple devices. A new update also improved integration with Apple HomeKit. Very happy with it now.

I have a cellular phone based app that I use for my intercom. So I use these so my camera ops in the field can clamp them to the camera tripods and put the phone right in front of them. They work awesome. Highly recommend and will be buying more.

This thing never needs charging with the solar panel, and gets great cellular reception where our phone barely get any. Highly recommended this device

This microphone has great audio as long as the phone is in airplane mode. If it is not, any communication over the cellular antennas causes the ticking and distortion other reviewers have mentioned. When in airplane mode though, the audio is clean. I prefer to shoot video in airplane mode anyway so my recordings are not bothered by text messages or phone calls. So, this is no big deal for me. I love the mic and the build quality.

This combo of minitripod and clamp for cellular phone is a must for every traveller. Practical, versatile and secure. It also supports the weight of a DSLR camera. Highly reliable.

It’s the best tool them out running I’ve purchased in the past looking forward to using them in the swimming pool. The music I’ve had on my phone it would not let me download so had to use my old iPod connected to computer opened iPod & transferred music from it to openswim. I’m not the best on doing things like this hope there is an easier way. If so please advise. I love my Shokz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony XE300 X-Series Portable Wireless Speaker is a great speaker for use around the house, when going out, or hanging out outside or by the pool. It came already charged a bit so I was able to use it right away. It came with only the cable to charge so I just used my phone's wall charger to plug it in. Setup was super simple, I didn't even have to use the manual at first use. Literally enabled my phone's bluetooth and turned on the speaker and after a few secs, it brought up on my phone to pair it and was connected. Sound quality is amazing, goes pretty loud and the bass can be heard without it being muffled. I placed it in the living room and I have a 3 bedroom house and could hear the music from all rooms. I love that I can also set this it to be vertical or horizontal and the speaker sounds just as good both ways so I can set it any way I want without losing sound quality. The speaker also has some grip areas so this is perfect so it doesn't slide around if you set it down. It is also waterproof though I did not test it near the pool since we have closed it for the season. Another neat feature that I thought was very interesting is that you can pair it with other Sony speakers to amplify the sound even more. The speaker is not too heavy, it's easy to carry with you and when fully charged, the battery actually lasts all day. Per instructions you should leave it charging about 5 hrs but it's worth it for the amount of use you get out of it. Sony once again came out with a great portable speaker with an amazing quality and sound.

6 yr old drops phone as he falls at swimming pool. He goes flying phone goes flying more damage to 6 yr old than phone. Job Done 6 yr old ok as well
