I use this for loading portable operating systems. That requires a fast, stable, flash drive, of which this is both.

I got this today and it works great with my cell phone, it even came with a 3.5mm to 3.5 mm cable for cellular use...I was surprised..also do yourself a favor..install the gain jumpers as stated in the directions..it will give you more audio on a noisy day. HTH

I love working with my edelkrone motion control systems and, while operating from batteries is easy, I find I am more productive with the AC/DC Adapter(s) for unlimited power throughout a long day of production - no stopping to swap batteries (which sometimes means re-sync devices to the app). I've installed at least 8 of these in different units and have been happy with Samsung units. For operating systems I clone the OS drive using an external enclosure then install in the PC or laptop.

I needed something so that I could access two separate computers, with two different Operating Systems, to the same monitor - without having to change the plugs back and forth. This product did the job perfectly. I had to mess with the USB plugs a bit first, but finally got it right, and how easy it is now! I'm very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had and still have very many Samsung drives and I have never had a problem with any of them. I am currently using Samsung NVME drives for my operating systems in all four of my computers. I own and use other NVME drives but my operating system always goes on a Samsung.
