Central Computer Adding Memory To Macbook Rpo

Adding memory sounded daunting to me, but with the help of B&H chat I bought the right memory for my computer and used the instructions I was told about to install another 8gs. I felt really good about having done this.

I would defiantly recommend this product to family and friends to try for themselves. This is a must have for computer technician for up grading their computers. I really like this product.

I had 4 gigabytes of memory in my computer, at first it was ok but as a year or more went by the computer seemed slow. I started thinking about adding memory, so at B&H, a company I trust, I bought 16 gigabytes of memory, and it makes a big difference, Google Earth works faster than I have seen it.

I should be able to get a few more years out of my computer now with the added faster memory. My typical usage is office type work with casual gaming. Great addition to my computer and I always have the option to add more down the road.

I couldn't add memory to my Macbook, so i got this little guy and now I have a cool extra 256GB on my computer!

I had one for my old MacBook Pro intel, which I had sold going back to MacBook's instantly picked up again. NOTE - this is a MEMORY CARD. You are NOT going to see HARDDRIVE SPPEDS. This is great for expanding general storage for documents, music, videos, etc. NOT to edit photos, video etc off of. That being said, it's awesome for what it does. In addition it takes your documents OFF of your HHD associated with your OS. If your computer has issues, fails, drops, switch it out - NO time spent backing up, transferring etc cause all your files are ALREADY on a device you can simple plug into any other computer (speaking of which - I suggest formatting your memory card in EX-FAT so it can be read on both WIN/PC vs Mac's format which is MAC only).

Started shopping for a new MacBook Air. By the time I added in the additional memory and a larger hard drive I was approaching the price of a MacBook Pro, so if you're wondering if you should too the answer is I did. For around $230 more than a MacBook Air you get the latest processor M2 Pro version and a higher resolution screen, along with many additional ports on this computer. There's plenty of videos on Youtube which goes into the details more in-depth. For me it was a no brainer. Far superior computer for not all that more money. I'm extremely pleased with my decision.
