Century Florida Weather Underground

I use 50+ of these routinely for delicate electronic sensors that are buried underground in very wet Florida environments for over 6 months at a time. I love the color-changing pattern on the exterior of the pack that let's me now when it's due for replacement or refreshing in a microwave. I used to use the metal type that needed to be baked for 3 hours, but those too long to replenish and were small in comparison.

A couple of months ago, when I set out to purchase a new camera, I had a basic foundation to start with; an all-weather camera and a cold weather camera for the streets in and around Arizona. That’s when I stumbled upon the Fujifilm X Pro-3 a month before release. So, I digested as much information as I could about this wonderful camera soon released in the market until I purchased it. I LOVE THIS CAMERA! Fujifilm done a great job of creating a camera with 21st Century technology blended with the philosophy of the mid-20th Century rangefinder camera. As a photographer who lives in both worlds between film and digital; as soon as I got this camera in the mail, took it home and hefted it into my hands I knew I had a keeper here. I will let those who read this do their research referencing the tech info, frankly I’m still learning about it myself; however, what I will say is, I appreciate what Fujifilm did when designing this camera for my ease of use with all the knobs and FN buttons. In addition, I really love the ability to switch between EVF and OVF with just a simple flick. And I will close with this, the X Pro3 will not be the camera for everyone, yet, if you’re wanting to go back to a bit of old school basics, willing to leave the LCD screen up, slow down and smell the roses, think about the shot you are composing, this a wonderful camera to have.

This thing will last for a century...

I bought this pouch along with a black one. Brought them with me on vacation in Florida under a very hot summer weather (90 to 98 degrees). Brought them to the pool, wet them, dragged them around and they took it like a champ. They feel and are very sturdy and well made. to my surprise they fit the iPhone 6, a PNY 2600 Battery Pack and the iphone cable. The only thing that that is a little disappointed, although not a deal breaker, is that my black pouch seemed slightly smaller. Great buy and quality product at a super fair price. Super happy I bought those.

Black Lion did a great job on the PG-2. We have been having some weather down here in Florida. Record numbers of lightning strikes and I couldn't feel more secure knowing my gear is plugged in to this guy. I don't find the power button to be too loose. It's small, and I can't imagine hitting it accidentally. I especially like the pairs of outlets broken up into Digital, Analog, and High Current. My only wish list items would be a pair of USB-C charging ports on the front instead of USB-A. But its all good. maybe on the next round. Great job BLA!

I got these gloves to keep the chill off my hands when shooting during the few weeks of cold weather we get in central Florida. I've made some very bad exposure settings (when in a hurry) in regular gloves so I like the feature of being able to expose my finger and thumb because I rely on feel to adjust my camera. Glad I read the reviews before ordering and got a size larger. They definitely run small.

In my neighborhood people get together often in the evenings to bbq or just hang out. This projector is a perfect addition to our block parties. Tonight I hooked it up to my laptop and played a movie for the crowd. I was amazed at how easy it was to get set up. The speaker is decent but you will need to add speakers if you want a theater like experience. The color is good, better than a lot of TVs I have seen. This is definitely worth the investment.
