I was delighted with II, thrilled with III, and astounded with Mark IV. No complaints of any kind, even with the menu system (which is customizable for special needs). Yes, you need big, fast SD cards and a fast computer to process the large files. A point with respect to specs: the published px count is 9504 x 6336 = 60.2 Mpx, which is what you get when shooting jpg. Shooting ARW (raw) gives you files that are 9600 x 6376 = 61.2 Mpx. The 16-frame pixel-shift feature yields files that are 4 times larger and resolution that is unprecedented in a camera of this size and price. 5 |
