i use to change my slow hard drive in my lenovo twist (Thinkpad S230u) i change also the windows 8 which are garbage and i did a clean install of windows 7 ultimate and wow works better than new. All the drivers are at lenovo's website just make sure you change the bios to install windows 8 otherwise you can't install it. 5 |

These just work. Unlike Sabrent, which sometimes shows up weirdly as a hub or something in Windows, these instantly show the drive as a drive on the computer as though the cable was built into/with the drive if that makes sense, not a device between the drive and computer. Transfer speed is good, I use 4 of these with Samsung 8tb SSDs on a mac with no issue. 5 |

This is a solid hard drive. I wanted a good 2TB hard drive to use as a backup drive in my Windows 7 home computer. Using hard drives larger than 2TB is painful with Window 7. So, I wanted to get as much storage as I could. B&H had a GREAT price on this drive. 5 |

At first it did not show a drive in windows explorer. I was thinking of writing a bad review, but then I opened Computer Manager/Disk Administration, turned out that the main volume on the drive did not have a partition 5 |
