I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

Easy to install and was recognized by Windows 10 right away. I would suggest going into the Command app and change the setting stereo to get it to work on editing apps. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced another HP with this because I had to change from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I had my previous HP for six years with no problems. The only thing I have noticed with this model is that there is more of a delay before printing begins. With the previous HP, it was almost instantaneous. 5 |

After upgrading to Windows 10 my HP computer the built-in sound card stopped working and I couldn't find a driver to work with Windows 10, this small device was simple to install, just plug the device to a USB port and installed it's own driver automatically and it was up and running in no time.
