The metal edges on this print file are a welcome change from the files I purchased elsewhere many years ago to store prints in my collection. This file is also made of stronger material than my old ones. I will gradually replace my old ones -- which are collapsing on both the tops and sides -- with this archival storage box.

The only problem I see at the moment is file naming. Always resets & cannot change the file naming as before .. really messed up! I wish they would have the option for 60/s & 50/s frames on the 70mm & 24mm camera. Also why not have 5k/30 for the 70mm. I also really liked the camera lock on shut down .... it doesn't. The horizon has not even wavered in the slightest, always dead on! Stability is great as before. All of that aside, some of this will be in future updates I hope. I still give it 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving the quick speed for file transfer files

Easy to use. Setting up files and folders very easy. Loading file to hard drive is extremely fast. Transferring data to flash drives and other hard drives very fast and efficient.

I have a rapidly growing collection of uncompressed audio/video files in MKV format. File size is generally over 30 GB. Transfers are fast and capacity is high. This drive is just what I need in my external enclosure. Warranty is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this is an impressive option for portable storage. It's amazingly small, fit's easily in the palm of my hand. As you might notice from the uploaded picture this drive is unfortunately a bit of a dust magnet, lol. It doesn't affect performance however. The file transfers are fast. The ability to securely encrypt files is a big bonus, especially if you intend to keep business or financial files stored on this drive. This is a great tool for moving files between devices as well as keeping important files backed up. The only thing that would improve this is to include a USB C to USB A adapter as this only connects via USB C and not all computers have available USB C ports. I'm able to connect this to my desktop, laptop and phone using the USB C so I haven't determined if there would be any decrease in file download/upload speeds using a USB C to A adapter.

This thumb drive allows me to send large quantities of photos and .pdf files to my family where file size prohibits on-line transfers. It also allows me the keep specific sets of data safe on removal memory.

I recently purchased two of these for use as backup devices (one in my basement, one in an outbuilding) to hold copies of my photos and other data in case of earthquake, fire, or other disaster (including human error). Since the backup software runs on my desktop computer, the main feature of this NAS I use is the SMB server. The browser-based configuration interface is clean and easy to use, and provides fine-grained control over the filesystem, SMB, user accounts, and security controls. An optional SSH connection will allow Linux experts even more choices. I also appreciated the basic-but-useful file manager app. The CPU and memory were sufficient to keep my 1Gb network and 5400rpm WD Red+ drives saturated on large file transfers such as RAW files, but bogged down by about 40% on directory trees full of smaller files, presumably due to the overhead of directory transactions on the HDDs. That's good enough for me---a 1-terabyte update took about 3 hours, and the average non-shooting-day backup is closer to 5 minutes--both of which take place comfortably during my sleep. Your mileage my vary, especially if you use fancier NAS services that require more CPU cycles. But for my purpose, these little boxes are handy and cost-effective.

I have 3 of these drives and 2 64GB versions. All have worked perfectly. Switched to Xfat to move large files over 4GB and it gave me a little more file transfer speed. These USB3.0 drives will move any file over 1 MB very quickly. The majority of my files are larger (Over 1 GB), like movies, ISO and Image backup files. I like the size and sliding cover although it's a little hard to slide at times. I feel these drive are the best value for my hard earned dollars.
