Change My Spectrum Router Password

The only negative with the whole system is there is no way to password the system. My problem is guests can change music if we have a party which becomes a war. Need to be able to lock down the system. My only wish. Everything else is 5 star

It was easy to set up and quite easy to administer. I was able to change the ssid and password very quickly. It covers my house quite well.

Very easy to set up. Used the same SSID and password chosen for previous router so my devices just connected automatically. I am finally getting the range of coverage I need.

This modem/router is working beautifully. I especially like the unique and easy to remember password. Works without the booster I had for my previous modem/router. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off it was plug and play, I only had to rename it to my old router name and password and it connected and now our internet is faster.

This model is one that is compatible with Xfinity. I was surprised how much technology has changed because my previous NetGear modem did not require a router but this one does. I think some information needs to be added to the outside of the packaging to tell the user to buy a router while they’re at the store buying the modem!! I also don’t understand why the modem has a password because as I set the new system up, I needed to use the router name and created a password. Hopefully I got everything set up correctly - - I am able to connect to WiFi using the router name.
