I carry this light in my watch pocket. It is a great performer. I love it. It is handy. Always on me ready to go. The battery really lasts. I haven't logged the hours, but it seems to me the battery actually lasts longer than it is rated. One caveat: While it may be weather resistant, it does not withstand the wash and rinse cycle of a washing machine. You must remember to remove it from the watch pocket before washing your trousers. Going through the wash cycle has a deleterious effect on performance. 5 |

I bought this camera for its ability to do UHD video and I'm pleased with the results. Why? 1. One battery in my tested lasted for about 1 hour 19 minutes (USA version) of non-stop UHD video 2. The camera didn't overheat 3. When the camera ran out of battery power it gracefully stopped (produced a single 40+ GB file that was closed properly by the camera software). IMHO that's an excellent behavior for video camera. In addition, IBIS, great, sharp photos.. I used to carry Sony RX100 iv in my pocket. Now Lumix DMC-GX85 replaced it. My complaint: my pocket feels bulky right now, but I'm getting IBIS, ability to change lenses, UHD video limited only by the battery and size of my memory card, no overheating, etc... I think it was a worthwhile change. 5 |
