Easy to install and was recognized by Windows 10 right away. I would suggest going into the Command app and change the setting stereo to get it to work on editing apps. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced another HP with this because I had to change from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I had my previous HP for six years with no problems. The only thing I have noticed with this model is that there is more of a delay before printing begins. With the previous HP, it was almost instantaneous. 5 |

The only problem is that the key to change the keyboard language is next to the del key, so sometimes I hit the wrong key and start typing in a different language... 5 |

I FINALLY was able to get a hold of a Ryzen 9 5900x and I can't language how frustrated and dissappointed I was when it wasn't working after I jumped through all the hoops. Updated bios, etc, ended up swapping back and forth between the Ryzen 5 3600 I had and the new one and it just wouldn't work. Infinite reboot loop. So anyway, B&H customer service was absolutely stellar. They just handled the refund and I purchased another unit when I received another notification that stock was available. I work in telecom and am acutely aware of the silicon and supply chain issues so I'm no Karen (although my name is Chad, don't judge me). The B&H service was gracious and pretty standard, but out of nowhere they just upgraded the shipping on the new purchase to next day air! The replacement CPU plugged in and fired up and works like it should. I'm very happy, so thanks B&H! Just so happens it's my birthday so I kinda feel like I got an awesome gift! You rock, and I'm going to do what I can to purchase my rtx 3080 or Radeon 6800xt (Asus Tuf version) video card (whenever the heck that happens) from you as well. 10 out of 10, all the stars. Thanks y'all. You rock. 5 |
