Change Wireless Connection For Mac To Printer

Does what it's supposed to. Easy set up and cartridge change. Wireless connection was a one and done PC software 'walk through'. Wireless can sometimes be a nightmare with devices. I've had a couple of auto firmware updates without issues. 2 sided printing works great. For a home or small office printer it represents good value. Much less hassle than an inkjet, although you don't get the color. If color is important to you, look elsewhere.

My work (Windows) laptop is typically docked and connected to two 22" monitors, one VGA connection and one DVI connection. I have a Mac Mini as well, using the DVI input on second monitor (with HDMI to DVI converter). Was previously using wireless mouse and USB mechanical keyboard for the laptop, and a wireless keyboard/mouse for the Mac, switching inputs via the monitor menu. Too much clutter. Finally bought the KVM switch; should have done it years ago. Now I have just the wireless mouse, USB mechanical keyboard, and an easy push-button swap between Mac and work laptop. My only minor complaint is the 3-second lag when switching. First world problems. Graphics are fine for me, but I'm not pushing anything graphics-intensive on either machine. Overall, a wonderful addition to the home office to reduce clutter and make toggling between work and wasting time during work hours much easier.

This is the best idea yet. A wireless label maker that works on my Mac. I had another label maker that uses the computer, but when I change computers to a Mac, the label maker and Mac did not recognize each other. This did not happen with the Brother Pt-P750W. As soon as I used the USB cord on the label maker and hooked it up to the Mac I was able to print immediately. Great idea and great product. I highly recommend this label maker. There are also so many different colored labels and sizes.

I have had this for about a week and it works well. It was easy to set up the wireless connection, I just followed the directions included in the box. Putting in the ink was easy. I replaced an older Epson all in one printer, and this one is better. I turned my old machine in through the tradein tradeup program, where I got a bit of money off this printer for recycling my old one. The first photo I printed was just drop dead gorgeous, perfect color. I have yet to use the scanner, and am looking forward to scanning some antique photos. The printer has a small touch screen and yes, it is small, but I don't find it hard to read. And I am also not sure why people would complain about the paper tray. It's fine. Actually this printer is compact, and I like that.

The printer almost installed itself. I like the wireless connection and the black inks that do not need to be changed for different papers. Excellent printing results, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is wireless connection, so less cord—easy to set up. The intuitive touchscreen display makes navigation and operation straightforward. Its fast printing speeds, multifunctionality, and wireless connectivity make it a valuable asset for increasing productivity. Only small thing is only black and white for this printer. So if you do want color, i would get a printer to do both since the printer itself is big already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I wanted to upgrade my current printer with more capacity, functions and wireless printing. This printer reduces the of space needed on my desk. The set-up was a little challenging, as I was not aware the printer had it`s own WiFi. Initially, we were trying to connect on the printer WiFi and not our personal WiFi, so it would not read the printer. We called HP technical support and they were able to tell us the problem and it connection is great with both USB plug-in and wireless. I appreciate the wireless connection and the ability to print from anywhere. I am extremely impressed the speed of print for both black and color and the volume of pages for output. Replacement cartridge prices seem reasonable and when cost compared per page, it is much less than what I`m currently using. Scan, duplex, copy functions are easy to use and are clear to understand. I have not tried the fax function as I do not have a need for that at this time. Glad to have the option if needed.
