I bought this only because my new Apple 12 MacBook only comes with an USB-c port. I am now able to connect USB based devices/accessories/connections to my MacBook.

The Xcellon 12-Port 60W USB-A Charging Hub is very convenient as a USB add-on box to my charging station along with the other non USB chargers I have. I'm using it to charge a variety of things such as an iPhone 13 ProMax, some LED pocket lights, bluetooth speakers, pretty much anything I can find in my office desk i'm throwing at this charger. The unit can get a bit warm when fully loaded which is normal. The size is nice and compact and it comes with a power cord. No clunky DC brick adapters. It's all built in It's a clean plug-in into the wall outlet with just the regular AC cord. It charges intelligently, and it has overvoltage and overheating protection. You can load all 12 USB ports at once, as long as the total load from your devices does not exceed 60 watts. When you max out loading all 12 ports, the unit will still deliver 1A per port to efficiently charge all your devices. Works well for my needs. This one went in our office/guest-room/music-room/exercise-room (hey, it's COVID) and has been great for my MacBook Pro. I have a 15" MacBook Pro that technically needs 95W to charge, but this 68W charger does well enough as long as the load isn't high -- I notice the computer does eventually charge to 100% even though it takes a bit longer. It's probably not ideal, but it works! For phones and other lower-power devices like iPads and the Nintendo Switch, this is absolutely a fast high-power charger with zero problems whatsoever. I love the sleek compact design and the included USB-C cable is heavy-duty and should handle the full power. Excellent.

This is such a great little battery. USB C means I can charge it with my MacBook charger in the hotel room or I can use the battery to charge my MacBook/iPad/phone etc. when on location. Takes the brick battery concept and makes it even more versatile.

Its excellent travel companion is easy to charge with any USB-C charger, such as your Macbook or iPhone. You don't need to carry an additional battery charger.
