Charge Macbook Pro With Mobile Charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of our devices have gradually transitioned to USB-C or have USB-C plugs, so I've just been collecting USB-C chargers to have around the house. This one went in our office/guest-room/music-room/exercise-room (hey, it's COVID) and has been great for my MacBook Pro. I have a 15" MacBook Pro that technically needs 95W to charge, but this 68W charger does well enough as long as the load isn't high -- I notice the computer does eventually charge to 100% even though it takes a bit longer. It's probably not ideal, but it works! For phones and other lower-power devices like iPads and the Nintendo Switch, this is absolutely a fast high-power charger with zero problems whatsoever. I love the sleek compact design and the included USB-C cable is heavy-duty and should handle the full power. Excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a charger that works with multiple devices. This thing has enough power that I can charge at least three power hungry devices at once, and it doesn't get hot. I can charge a MacBook Pro, a wireless speaker (it sucks a ton of power), and a wireless iPhone charger all at once. Even though other chargers claimed enough power to charge all this stuff at once, none did it. If I was charing my MacBook Pro at high rate, the brick would get super hot. Not this one - it stays cool. Love the look.

I bought this for travel with my new MacBook Pro that wants a 140W charger. This one lets me charge three things at once, unlike the Mac charger. However, it only delivers 140W when only the MacBook Pro is plugged into it. If you plug one or two other items, the MBP only receives 100W, but that seems to be sufficient for overnight charging while also charging the phone, watch, or whatever. It feels well made, a little heavier than a similar 100W charger it replaces, but it's the close to the same dimensions, which are smaller than the Apple charger that comes with the MacBook Pro.

Allows me to use my old MagSafe Charger with my 2014 MacBook Pro.

Great usb cable to charge your MacBook Pro

When my 2014 MacBook Pro was stolen I was determined to replace it with something much more practical for the kind of mobile use I had. The MacBook Air was the perfect choice: light, compact and powerful. Great combination. Yes, it requires a dongle for multiple outputs, but there are so many inexpensive units out there it was no problem to find something that fit, looks like part of the computer and works.

Fits perfectly onto my MacBook Pro keyboard. Helps you convert your laptop to a mobile FCP edit suite, while protecting it from dust, etc. And it does not hamper the function of the keys.
