So I also bought a swistronix or now core swx that came with a wall plug, after abou 5 years it has now stopped worked so I needed an upgrade. I was shocked at the prices of v mount chargers and getting something in the $3-600 range is out of my budget. This charger will not storage charge or trickle charge your batteries so do not leave tour batteries on this thing I definitely as it will kill your batteries. Since you are paying the little bucks here you will need to maintain discharge and charge your batteries manually. No big deal for me as I only have a couple v mounts. A must have for cameras that charge batteries on the camera. Plugs flip out of the back to plug into the wall. Small and fits nicely in the camera bag. Charges the long life battery I bought as well. 5 |
