The price and quality makes this product worth it! I needed a new micro USB wire for my phone and my tablet. Everywhere else was way over priced for what the wire does. I saw the price and had to get it. It works well and built very sturdy.

I use it to connect a flashdrive to the micro-usb charging port on a Toshiba Encore tablet.

I bought two from B&H, both match in color. However the USB C charge wire on one is garbage and won't charge. The one garbage wire looks like it works but the unit never shows anything but charging at two bars and turns off. I don't think it is charging anything. Both lights work fine when charged with the good wire. I should take off a star for the bad wire, but I like them too much to be that petty over an inexpensive wire. I just ordered two new replacement USB c charging wires to replace the included ones. It is a shame manufacturers include garbage wires. If I hadn't had a second one to test, I'd probably have returned the light as not working- a complete waste of everyone's time. I got the light modifier accessory kits to go with them. Useful and well made. The storage bags for the lights and accessories are also very well made. I took out a grid I wasn't using and replaced the light unit in the slot so I don't have to carry two cases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect length for charging my devices that still use micro USB like my Bluetooth speaker. Connecting ends are very sturdy and don't bend. Charging end snaps in well and doesn't move. 5 of 5 stars easy.

I've had the HP3R for a few years, and hands down the best light on the market. The focussing aspect and light output is absolutely spot on. One small thing to remember, is if you have an HP3R with a micro usb charging port, and need to replace the tail cap, the updated version of the tail cap with a USB-C charging port is not compatible with the previous micro usb gen.
