Cheap Gaming Computer Desk Setups

These are great, I have two for podcasting and they work both on the ground and presumably could work on a desk. Great versatility for different setups.

I've used this for two weeks and really value it. The screen is sharp and bright and provides, as intended, an extra workspace. At home, I'm spoiled with a three monitor setup - on the move, having only 1 is like camping; this product solves that with no extra desk space needed. I've used a couple of other external monitor setups, but this one is, by far, the best. It has a magnetic snap on slide attachment which requires very little setup each time you use it. It slides out and hangs from the side of the laptop without using any desk space. Software setup was a breeze (with the included pictographic instruction card). I tried this on both a Win7 and a Win10 (x64) setup and no problems on either OS. It is pricier than some external monitor setups, but with the slide mechanism, it pays for itself in no frustration after 2 trips.

I bought it for my use, but my son uses it for his gaming computer. Love it!

Haven't used this yet on shoot, but I did a couple of practice setups. It seems solid, sturdy, and well made. After using a cheap, flimsy tripod before this, this one has a sturdy feel to it. The fluid head provides smooth pan/tilt and the camera plate is easy to assemble to the camera. I'm very satisfied with this.

An ingenious cable clamp for cage setups and tethering. I like the instant and cheap nature of Sprigs but this is an actual clamp rather than a guide. You can control the cable orientation much better and since it actually holds the cable (I tested this up to a Thunderbolt 4 drive cable, no problems) its pretty steady once it is in. Depending on how you rig, this is an upgrade to their Jerkstopper system which allowed a fair amount of play. Spendy, but it's kind of the only thing that does what it does.

Great tool for video and computer setups. Also good tool to calibrate monitors with the test patterns. Make sure to set reference to free run if you don't have an input.

Most home computer setups don't need much more than a 500va setup, but if you're running a server with a bunch of drives then you need lots of outlets. I'm running six 4-drive boxes linked through the thunderbolt input on a laptop and I've had two power outages and this new Cyberpower has worked flawlessly both times,

I needed a 4x USBc card for my Gaming PC. This was cheap and did exactly what I needed it to do.
