Cheap Outdoor Daylight Projector

I needed a small outdoor light for live shots to be used with 2 Astra 6x daylight LEDs. These are great for using on talent but need to be on the side and high when using the reflector...rather bright on the eyes. Would not use as a replacement for an Aputure 600d or 400/800 watt HMI, but the Amarans really help when needing a small footprint and smaller light for travel. Buy the socks on Amazon... much cheaper that way.

I am amazed at the quality of this projector. My fears were that the lumins would not be strong enough to project duriing the daylight but it is clear and beautiful and fora fraction of the cost we can watch movies and video on 100 plus inch projection. The lowered EMF's also make a huge difference in the way we feel after having it on for a while. GREAT BUY!!!

I use this on my 14-45 Panasonic lens on my GH3 in outdoor daylight conditions.  Im shooting AVCHD video and dont even notice that the filter is there.

Use it for outdoor portraits in daylight using strobes. The maximum sync speed of 1/200 sec does not allow for shooting wide open. By using this ND filter you can open up the aperture by 3 stops which gives you creamy, professional looking bokeh. Yes, you can use it for silky smooth waterfalls too. Excellent B+W build. No color cast. Alternatives: Hoya Get one for your fastest lens to maximize effect.

If you take outdoor daylight photos, especially sky shots, a circular polarizer is a must. This one is reasonably priced and does a fine job.

The most important pieces in this kit are the tungsten to daylight and daylight to tungsten. They match indoor and outdoor light sources together. The rest is a great sampling of what else is available and may be the only filter pack a semi-pro would ever need.

Love my 1.4 tele to get the extra reach when shooting outdoor daylight sports. Lookin forward to seeing what it can do with the new 300 f2.8 when I’m fortunate enough to get one.

I do alot of outdoor newspaper work and needed a lens to handle the worst of daylight problems.

I've got a number of these for various lenses, and they are my go-to for daylight and outdoor photography. Perfect optical quality, and great glare reduction.

I think ISO125 is the most useful sensitivity for taking photography in nature, outdoor, under daylight. It may be difficult for taking photos at night, or dark(not blight) place but in my circumstance, it's not so often. Fine contrast, and fine grain with developing ILFORD ID-11 or Perceptol. I really recommend this film for everyone.
