I used this pack for a one month trip around the UK and EU. When used in conjunction with the Peak Design Packing Cubes, this pack was the most versatile and comfortable pack I've used. The design is sleek, the weight distribution was stellar and being able to adjust from 35L to 65L saved me a ton of money on baggage fees at the beginning of my trip with the space to add things I purchased along the way towards the end. I always felt that my belongings were safe and secure, and never worried that the bag would be ruined on the floors or being checked for flights! This pack fit excellently on trains and car transport! I cannot rave enough about using this pack with the packing cubes, it was like having a very compact dresser with me and it was great for a long term journey. I think I could have used this for up to 6 months or longer no trouble. Highly recommend! (Note: I used 3 medium packing cubes (1- pants, 1- shirts, 1- shorts) ; 1 small packing cube (underclothing); and 1 shoe cube)!

I found that using, packing, moving, and storing this boom arm was much lighter and easier to maneuver than the boom stands, which tend to be very heavy and bulky.� The unit is well made and handles the soft box and strobes without even a bend in the arm.� The hook on the end is perfect, especially since I tend to hang bags filled with water bottles rather than use a sand bag.

I have been using this cart for moving boxes and furniture from my girlfriends apartment to mine (in the same building), and to the storage unit in our neighboring building, though it's main purpose is to get totes of equipment from my apartment, to the car, and into a venue. It expands, contracts, and folds up in seconds, so you can just throw it in the car once you're loaded up. I've shaved 10-15 minutes off my load-in/load-out process by getting this cart. (I have yet to try it in real MN snow.)I have not used the cart in the hand truck configuration, but I don't think I will need to with how well it works on four wheels.The side bar/handle on the smart caster end is tall enough so I don't have to hunch to hold onto it when I am pulling the cart. I'm 5'9 and this has been a problem for me with other products in the past.You do have to assemble the cart when you get it, but it's quick and painless if you grab a socket instead of listening to the directions and getting out a socket.

For moving around studio lights especially with large soft boxes these Avenger light stands can't be beat. Once in place you can lay sand bags over the wheeled part and it's secure. Even without sandbags it doesn't want to tip over.

Like many people, I had carousels of 2 x 2 slides from many decades back. A friend recommended moving the slides from the carousels and putting them into these boxes for easy storage. Since each box held up to 750 slides, I was able to consolidate 30+ carousels into 4 of these storage boxes--saved so much space and I still have the images close by if I want to view them. I can't compare it to others but I have three Matthews Apple Boxes and can say it's a good strong box. No moving parts. No frills. Just a good strong box. It will give you what you want from an apple box, except for the apples.

I bought this kit after trying a couple of the boxes. This unit is much more flexible when it comes to moving the subject in an out, adjusting the light cards, adding back lighting, etc. Construction is pretty solid and stable -- no cheap zippers to break when zipping and unzipping light boxes. Easy to take pictures with minimal post production. Seamless base is great and no wrinkles or tears in the backdrop to worry about.
