Cheap Stereo Receiver With Radio

Decided to get back into basic 2 channel stereo as my wave radio just couldn’t get it done. Took the plunge, picked up this receiver and two of the Sony 3 way bookshelf speakers. Wow the power and clarity from the Bluetooth streaming is amazing. Needless to say a CD player and a phono ( which each exceeded the price of the speakers and this receiver) were quickly added on. If your looking to get back into vinyl or just enjoy CDs or streaming to the Bluetooth you can’t go wrong with this receiver.

This unit is exactly what I was looking for in a stereo receiver. The first thing I was looking for is quality. So far this thing works like a champ and feels well built by the weight of it. I do not need something that has all the whistles and bells. Although it has some extra features that I probably won't use it allowed me to connect to older audio equipment without any trouble. I wanted a basic unit to play music on through the radio and play cds. The design is simple to use and very intuitive. If there is one thing I would add to this unit would be having AM radio available. It's not a deal breaker for me but would be nice if it were there. The antenna could be a little more robust as well.

I bought this stereo thing it was a mistake but boy I was amazed with the sound and power output for a cheap radio, thank you.

I've been wanting to buy one of these for a while now and finally got around to it. The sound quality is much better than other table top radios I've heard. At $, it's certainly not cheap for a radio, and you could buy a small portable stereo with CD player and get stereo sound; but I think you would enjoy the sound of the Tivoli better. It's mono and not stereo, but it has a much richer sound quality than cheap portable stereos, and it has the best tuner you will find in a small radio. In fact, the whole radio speaks quality...very well built. If you want a radio for your desk, kitchen, work area, etc., I don't think you will be disappointed with this radio. Nobody else builds them like Tivoli nor sound this good.

i bought this stereo Receiver to replace my old receiver that i gave to my son i was looking for something that used just two speakers and maybe i could connect my sub woofer to it this was the one i could afford plus sony makes good products so i bought this on and i really like it
