This is an important item for setting white balance and aiding the post-production process, especially when matching a multi-camera shoot. I like the large size and orientation of color chips. It's not cheap, but considering the time it saves color/exposure matching in post, it's worth it. For storage, I place this inside a cheap plastic clipboard that has a storage compartment. It fits perfectly, and travels with call sheets, scripts, etc. The only issue I have with this product is remembering to use it for every shoot. That's on me, of course. YMMV 5 |
