The product works without any drivers in OSX or Linux. (I assume this would be true in Windows too, but I have not tested.) The USB vendor ID is: 0d8c The USB product ID is: 013c The manufacturer is C-MEDIA. The cap provided is somewhat useless. 5 |

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I got this model and it don't work so went looking to see what I could figure out. Came here to check compatibility with windows 10. On the Overview page it says yes but on the Specs page it says only compatible with XP, Vista, 7, 8 lol 5 |

We use the product for a laptop computer and printer ID system. The case is big enough to accomodate our entire system. The handle and wheels make it easy to transport. It is rock solid and I don't have to worry about anything getting broken. 5 |
