After my local camera store dropped the ball on ordering in this lens for my sons christmas gift I though he was just going to miss out... Then a friend of mine told me to check B&H so I did. Not only did they have it but they had it at a better price. That part made sense to me, big box store lower prices but I never imagined I could get it in California the following day. So just to check I picked up the phone to call B&H and I was greeted by a live representative who said it would not be a problem to get it to me the next day and so within 5 min I had purchased the lens and was relieved. That is still all great but it was still winter and there were some big storms happening around the country so I figured oh well at least it will be here shortly after Christmas instead of not at all. Until it was on my porch the next evening waiting for me... Thanks B&H!

Needing an updated iMac, I went to a local discount retail chain to check out which iMac models were on display. The store had one low-budget model on display. However, I couldn't access the specs, because the mouse didn't work. The sales person suggested that I check out the on-line store, which I did. I selected the model and ordered it. The order somehow got sent to a warehouse in Jacksonville. The store manager phoned me and told me that he would have it shipped to my home address. I got notification from UPS that it was en route and would arrive at my home in two days. Four days later I was notified that it had arrived in my city. Two days later I was informed that the package had been delivered to a dock in Atlanta, which was a C***o warehouse. d. Three weeks later I returned it to the local warehouse and received a full refund. I phoned B&H and was transferred to a computer expert, who asked me at least a dozen questions as to my principal use, which is photography, The B&H expert suggested an upgrade PLUS enhanced RAM memory, which would be installed by B&H. BOTTOM LINE: the B&H pros have uncanny computer expertise, and they don't hesitate to discover your precise needs,

Great way to store and carry batteries. My system is fresh batteries go in plus side down. Batteries once used go in plus side up. Check different sizes depending on how many batteries you need to carry.

Used SD cards are very difficult to store and to keep up with. This case is ideal. On rare occasion, one might need to check files on an old card, and this case makes them easy to find.

When you check your local photo store and find that the ink you need is $25 for the XL and you need 4 different colors you pick up the phone and dial B &H because you know that their prices can't be beat. I found the 4 colors that I needed for just $70 for a savings of $30.

I am wary of counterfeits, so I buy from BH because I know they check to be sure of what they are selling. And I like to support a store where you can come in and see things and try them. So even if I have to spend a bit more sometimes consider it a good investment. (but most of the time its the same as the big A site.)

I went to the B&H store to check out all the carbon fiber tripods in person after doing alot of online research. This tripod and head has the best weight, price and feature combination. I have a stronger non-carbon fiber Manfrotto that I would use when weight is not an issue, but I will use this one for most field work or anytime I need to fly with a tripod, because this can fit in a suitcase. I did some shooting with a heavy DSLR and lens in very strong wind on a beach and noticed that this tripod had some movement. By blocking the wind with my body and making sure that the tripod feet were firm in the sand I was able to minimize the problems, and the images turned out fine.

I have tried every White Balance tool on the market and I always come back to this one. It's convenient, easy to use and easy to store. I use it to both check exposure and to custom white balance. I have all 3 sizes and I prefer the 24 for every day use.
