Check My Computer Specs Vs Current Models Apple

My current drive I was using for backups, the WD 14 TB drive, was running out of space. So, I wanted an additional 18TB drive for backups. Works perfectly for what I need. Using it in a studio, I wouldn't have picked this drive if I needed to use it daily for my work. (I currently use 10 external drives) I am not really sure of its speed. It is strange that WD does not advertise the speed of the drive and data flow. They leave it out of their specs. I assume they do that purposely. I also could not find the specs anywhere on the internet. Anyway, for my purpose (backups), it is perfect. Also, pricing it along side other competitor drives, it was significantly cheaper, at least 30% cheaper. For the price point, I couldn't pass is up.

B&H was able to send my new computer with the specs I wanted quicker than anyone else. With the Apple stores closed due to the pandemic, I couldn’t pick it up. Apple’s website was going to take a few weeks to deliver and no other local store had the configuration I wanted. I’m a software engineer and I love Apple computers. The new Air is a great option to use at home with the family.

Great and very cost effective way to back-up my Apple Computer. I use it as a bridge to a 20TB drive, reserving it for my current photographic works and when done the data leaves to be archived.

My current editing computer, while excellent, has no SD port so I bought a little thumb drive adapter that, while it worked, was too slow. I got this little beauty from B&H and it plugged into the USB C port on the back and it works beautifully! Fast, convenient, and it add 3 USB ports! I love it and highly recommend it.

This hub is so helpful! My current desktop setup has my computer hidden away, so having this to plug USB devices and SD cards into is very handy! It has super fast transfer speeds, and looks great too! No complaints from me!

Needed to upgrade to a current computer from my old Mac Mini, which was 2 operating systems behind and not upgradable. My old Mac Book was behind, as well. It made sense to make the switch to the new MacBook Pro, connect to a dock, and get the best of both worlds. The onlY software I’ll need to upgrade will be Office, but only when it can run without Rosetta.

The Datacolor SpyderX we purchased is great. Really makes the colors match on our computer VS what we are seeing in person. We highly recommend using this product compared to all of the competition's copycat products. This was well worth the investment!

Much better specs on cheaper brands but for me I just went all out apple

The price was great and the computer even better. The specs are great for my growing teen.
