This RAM had the same specs as the synology preferred ram, which is $75 more than this Crucial RAM. I made sure to run a memory test using the synology assistant, and everything passed just fine. It also shows the proper memory size within Synology's DSM, with no RAM errors. Great memory for a much better price than Synology's RAM. 5 |

Good product at a good price. I am running a HP omen with dual boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint 19.3. Windows runs and boots faster after the additional Ram was added. Linux, well that is another story. Linux was fast before the addition, with the additional Ram it screams. I run a lot of graphics programs in Linux and the added Ram just makes the system run so much better. Greatest thing I could have done for $60. 5 |

I have used many of the these PNY SSDs to upgrade older laptops. One of the best value SSDs with TLC memory. Never had one fail yet. Linux and these SSDs give new life to older laptops that can no longer securely run windows 7. Linux Lite 5.2 especially works very well as a replacement for windows 7, plus it's free. 5 |
