I got this today and it works great with my cell phone, it even came with a 3.5mm to 3.5 mm cable for cellular use...I was surprised..also do yourself a favor..install the gain jumpers as stated in the directions..it will give you more audio on a noisy day. HTH 5 |

After checking that my D800 was not among those that had the left AF point issue, I ordered the MBD12. My D300's, my D700's are gripped, so it was only natural to grip the D800. Never did it enter my mind to buy a non-Nikon accessory. Talk on the forums about non-Nikon grips being defective, and endless delays in exchanging them did nothing but dissuade me from buying one. Yes,$ is not cheap, and I don't know why Nikon increased the price so much over the other grip models. But what are you going to do? 5 |

I had some serious issues getting this working and turns out it’s best if you turn off your cellular service on your phone while doing the setup. Worked like a charm for me on multiple devices. A new update also improved integration with Apple HomeKit. Very happy with it now. 5 |

I have a cellular phone based app that I use for my intercom. So I use these so my camera ops in the field can clamp them to the camera tripods and put the phone right in front of them. They work awesome. Highly recommend and will be buying more. 5 |
