Chinese Digital Camera Brands

I have been a photographer all my life and used many different brands and models of both film and digital cameras. In recent years, I developed a bad back and wanted a much lighter package than heavily DSLs to carry around. iPhones, though good, don’t always cut it. I used micro four-thirds for a while but even though were too heavy. After much trial and error, I decided on the Sony DSC-RX100VA. It is light weight (about 10 ounces), makes excellent photos (I always use RAW), has a very fast lens, a real viewfinder and a small flash. Battery life is not great, but there are always some tradeoffs with any camera. Always carry at least one extra battery. After much research, I think I have the best small camera made with an ideal feature set for me. The optional pistol grip is quite useful and recommended.

had cheap chinese batteries as backups for the camera but they failed, so now that the price has come done I'm using the sony batteries

Wonder if Fittest (Chinese Copy) is as good or even the same?

Western Digital, about the only portable hdd brands I trust. So far, this lives up to that expectation.

I recently attended a Chinese Lantern Festival and wore the holster. It was awesome being able to walk without this heavy camera hanging from my neck for 3+ hours . This is perhaps the best find ever. And I also, didn't worry about loosing or bumping my camera amongst the crowds in the dark.
