It has taken some time to set the camera up for my type(s) of photography, but thanks to an ebook from Mark Galen, it's ready to go. The first time it grabbed eye focus on a hummingbird, I couldn't stop smiling. Bigger birds like quail are a piece of cake. The tracking function is so much better than the MarkIII. Just that improvement alone made it worth the investment. The 33 mp sensor has to be better than the 24, but so far it hasn't been a game changer. I'm glad I made the change and I really appreciate that B&H delivered it to me on Christmas eve. What a great Christmas present. 5 |
