Chromebook Laptop Hdmi To Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the USB-C Multimedia Adapter because I travel and do presentations. I set up training presentations on a laptop or Chromebook. Then I use either an available Moniter or TV. Often some are older or don't have the same media attachment as my laptop or Chromebook. With the Multimedia Adapter I never have to worry about not being able to connect to give my presentations. There is nothing worse than to have a room full of people that are paying you to conduct a training and you look like you are not competent enough to connect a PC to a TV or projector. This Adapter has already been a lifesaver once and I am sure it will be again. It is just super convenient.

I used to have to watch CWTV and other website tv shows on my iPad or laptop, or plug it via HDMI port to my TV to watch, but now I can stream directly to the TV (since LG doesn't have apps for websites like CWTV and the web browser isn't really functional for streaming videos).

The Pearstone High-Speed HDMI cable is a dandy; To mirror the laptop on the TV it comes in handy. This basic HDMI cable with ethernet is moderately priced and works well.

This HDMI cable is used for connecting the laptop to the HD TV. It is 25 feet in length. Works great because it's all digital data. Auto connect works great- single screen or extended.

With this device I can connect my laptop to my TV through the hdmi port. Once I plugged the hdmi cable to the device and connected to my laptop, it immediately worked. Used it to make a presentation on the TV without any problems. Definitely recommend this product.

I was tasked with having users mirror their laptop on a tv (after the built was complete) without software and I have found the answer. A facility had just finished a renovation and the tv was mounted, power was installed and network drops were in place but no thought had gone into how to utilize the boardroom to its full potential. After much discussion with endusers and management the most cost effective way would be to use an HDMI extender without any software installation required (since most laptops are locked down these days). With cables plugged in (HDMI and CAT5/6) all is left for the user to do is to plug in HDMI to their laptop and we now have the laptop screen on the tv. Another great product from Startech.com. Our needs were basic: run a 75' HDMI cable from a 4K TV to a conference table.� TV - Kramer Fiber HDMI - Keystone connector in conference table - copper HDMI to laptop.� This worked with a 1080p signal, but not 4k.�� The repeater solved our problems.� We now have the following and it works flawlessly:��TV - Kramer Fiber HDMI - Repeater in floor box - 6' copper HDMI - Keystone connector in conference table - copper HDMI to laptop. The biggest con is the size of the power brick.� Surely Kramer could source a smaller 5v power adapter.

This HDMI cable is used to connect the laptop to the HD TV. Works great as expected- it is a digital connection.

I have set up where I use 2 work supplied laptops, but also need a TV. The 3 inputs HDMI (cable), Display port (one laptop) and VGA (the other laptop) allowed this monitor to fit all of my needs! Plus the picture is outstanding (and as most reviews state, the built in speakers not so much) but a decent $15 external speaker worked wonders.

Worked well from laptop to hdmi to projector.
