I’ve gone through a number of headsets for my desk work phone. I’ve spent from $19 all the way to $47. The headphones just didn’t work well, the noise cancellation and mic fidelity were very dad. Welp you get what you pay for sometimes. These headphones exceeded my expectations. Remember though this model is the for phone jack, the RJ9. I got it for around $132. Totally worth every penny. Not only is the sounds quality better on my ears, the feel and attention to Detail is great. I have a Cisco phone at work and these Cisco headphones are the ones you want. Don’t make a mistake and get cheap headsets for work. You will be using it all the time. Invest in a good headset. Just get this headset already. 5 |

Several years ago I purchased a Clear-com compatible pack and headset for use in various Theaters I work in. Recently during a show my headset mic started failing so I hopped on B&H and purchased this one as a replacement. The audio is clear, the fit is comfortable and it's light.
