Cisco Wireless Router Ssid

Replaced router with 6E router to cover more devices and distance. Speed test over 3 story cabin and detached garage is same 114 mbps download. Removed the 3 Netgear 6 extensions because this new router covers property distance and speed impressive. Very happy. Easy setup. Weird that you can’t have one guest ssid like main ssid. So guest is -guest and -5g-guest. Not sure why can’t be one. Only had it installed a week. But happy so far. First time with network armor so education mode on this app to see if I want to subscribe. Shows detection hits on Panasonic camera which we no longer use.

Very easy to set up. Used the same SSID and password chosen for previous router so my devices just connected automatically. I am finally getting the range of coverage I need.

This was a quick setup to extend the wifi from my TP-Link AX3000 wifi router. It copied over the SSID from my router and now I have strong coverage throughout the house.

Although B&H listed this on release date as not in stock, and only in limited quantities once it is available. Well, let me tell you I had mine in 3 days after placing the pre-order. Setting the MR2200AC was a breeeze and now I have just 1 SSID for my entire home and yard. The Wi-Fi range is so good, I can go outside and go for about 40 yards before it starts getting weak. This along with the new firmware that updates Synology Router Manager to allow the mesh wireless networking, and a new package that monitors Safe Access for each client are pretty fantastic. Intrusion Protection has also been updated and now it is called Threat Protection. The MR2200AC will do both wireless (5Gig) and wired for the backhaul to the RT2600AC. All management functions of the MR2200AC are done through the RT2600AC, making it very easy to configure and monitor. I highly recommend MR2200AC if you are looking to set up a mesh wireless network. My old Cisco stopped and had to get a new one. Just bought a new Night Hawk router a few months ago. This new modem is really fast and pairs up very easily

I bought this router with my neighbor's recommendation (he is a certified Cisco Networking Professional). It is very configurable. It has apps that you can download such as for home network security and child protection. I would definitely recommend this product.
